ROCK SOLID: Papa Joe's Italian American Restaurant
Serving the Blowing Rock area authentic Italian dishes and pizzas for over 35 years! Papa Joe’s first opened their doors in September 1982 as “Ichabod’s” in the same great location that they’re in today. As they honed in on their Italian focus, they decided a name change was in order. Since the owner’s name is actually “Joe Papa”, one of his grandkids suggested, “why don’t you name it Papa Joe’s since that’s what we call you?” The name stuck and the business has been a rock solid part of our community ever since.
Open daily: 7 am-9 pm. Sunday brunch: 8 am-1 pm.
All ABC permits.
8062 Valley Blvd., Blowing Rock
