More information here. TangerKIDS Grants Program Tanger Outlet Center in Blowing Rock is pleased to continue our TangerKIDS Grants program! Grant requests can support educational programs, equipment, special projects or specific department needs in any amount up to $2,500. A Tanger appointed grant committee will review all requests and select which school(s) will receive funding for the upcoming school year. Grants will be considered based on scope and need as illustrated on the request form. Real Estate Report for 2019 Number of homes sold up 11 percent in 2019 Realtors set a new high mark in home sales, registering 11 percent growth over 2018. Total sales dollar value was up 34 percent thanks in great part to the demand in high dollar homes. Realtors sold more million dollar homes last year than in all of 2018 and 2017, combined.
