Grants Program

Tanger Outlet Center in
Blowing Rock is pleased to continue our TangerKIDS Grants program!
Grant requests can support
educational programs, equipment, special projects or specific
department needs in any amount up to $2,500. A Tanger appointed
grant committee will review all requests and select which school(s)
will receive funding for the upcoming school year. Grants will
be considered based on scope and need as illustrated on the request
form.
Tanger Outlet Center in

electronically sign and submit your TangerKIDS Grants submission form online by March 13, 2020 in order to be

Number of homes sold up 11
percent in 2019
Realtors set a new high
mark in home sales, registering 11 percent growth over 2018. Total
sales dollar value was up 34 percent thanks in great part to the
demand in high dollar homes. Realtors sold more million dollar homes
last year than in all of 2018 and 2017, combined.

Sunset Drive Ribbon Cutting

The Town of Blowing
Rock and the Blowing Rock Chamber co-hosted a ribbon cutting to mark
the completion of the Sunset Drive project. Take a drive down the
newly paved road and visit the Sunset Drive businesses to show them
some love now that the project if done.
