ROCK SOLID: Papa Joe's Italian American
Serving the Blowing Rock area authentic
Italian dishes and pizzas for over 35 years! Papa Joe’s first opened their
doors in September 1982 as “Ichabod’s” in the same great location that
they’re in today. As they honed in on their Italian focus, they decided a
name change was in order. Since the owner’s name is actually “Joe Papa”,
one of his grandkids suggested, “why don’t you name it Papa Joe’s since
that’s what we call you?” The name stuck and the business has been a rock
solid part of our community ever since.
All 100 privately owned condominium units
will be available for rental in April under new management company Watauga
Property Management ... approximately three weeks in advance of one of

positive mood and a decrease in anxiety, depression and blood pressure.
This, in turn, increases protective factors of youth and encourages
healthier decision making.
