Blue Ridge Realty Expands into Blowing Rock

BLUE RIDGE REALTY & INVESTMENTS LLC EXPANDS

Blowing Rock, NC, May 11, 2017 – Todd Rice and Bill Aceto, co-owners of Blue Ridge Realty & Investments, LLC, are pleased to announce that they have expanded into Blowing Rock.  The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on May 11 at 4:00 pm at their newest location at 1129-1 Main Street in Blowing Rock.  Please join in the celebration.  Having purchased Kohler Enterprises at 1129-1 Main Street, Blue Ridge Realty & Investments LLC renovated the historic space while maintaining and preserving the early 20th Century charm.  Exposed brick walls, warm wood flooring, period lighting, and pre-war metal ceiling lend comfort.  The latest technology and up-to-date systems allow for state-of-the-art communications and presentation.  At this newest location, Blue Ridge Realty & Investments LLC is proud to host six full time Realtors who represent buyers and sellers in residential and developments, as well as commercial and land markets.  The new office is pleased to already have over 30 new listings and is representing nearly that many active buyers.  Having already expanded into Banner Elk and West Jefferson in addition to their primary office on Hwy 105 in Boone, Blowing Rock was always top of mind for Mr. Rice and Mr. Aceto when planning their next office location.  The incomparable community spirit, combined with the outstanding physical and architectural features make this a logical choice.  Mr. Rice is also a co-owner of the Blowing Rock Ale House on Sunset Drive, a micro-brewery and Inn where visitors can grab a bite, have a locally-produced beer and spend a relaxing weekend at a beautiful inn hosted by professional staff.
Blue Ridge Realty & Investments, founded in 1981, was voted Best of the Best Real Estate Agency in 2016 and was recently honored again with the same distinction in 2017.  In addition to providing a full scope of residential sales services, Blue Ridge Realty has divisions specializing in Property Management, both Long and Short Term Rentals, as well as vacation rentals and POA Management.  Blue Ridge Realty truly is available to accommodate all your real estate needs.
