Congratulations to our new & returning 2020 Board Members! 

The Chamber board will hold its annual strategic plan review and planning retreat on Wednesday, November 20 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at BRAHM for all current 2019 board members. New board members are encouraged to attend if available. New board members will be contacted about setting up an orientation in December. The first regular official board meeting for the 2020 Board will be Wednesday, January 9th at 8:00 am at the Chamber. Please mark these dates on your calendars.

It is important to note that the Chamber board does not have a residency requirement like the Town of Blowing Rock requiring board members to live in the city limits of Blowing Rock.

The Blowing Rock Town Council will soon consider appointments to the Planning Board, the Board of Adjustment, the Tourism Development Authority, the Alcohol Beverage Control Board and the Blowing Rock Appearance Advisory Commission. Each of these boards has an essential role in preserving and protecting the quality and character of our community.
