where America's top long distance runners have lived and trained since
2002! Meet their team of coaches who work with thousands of runners from around
the world who come to the High Country each year to improve their running.

ZAP Executive Chef, Michael Ryan will be

will be playing mountain music as you are led on a tour of the ZAP campus

This 9-day package is $2,199 per person (double occupancy) and includes

TAC Talk: Work Songs and Labor Movement

In this program, we'll be learning work
songs and labor movement songs of the south. We will focus on themes from
over two hundred years of Southern history including railroad work songs,
oyster shucking songs, hollering, field songs, lullabies, and unions songs
from the textile mills and coal mines.
This thrilling, theatrical treat by
Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler has simultaneously shocked, awed and
delighted audiences across the world. The show's Broadway premiere received
eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical. This is a production of
Appalachian's Department of Theatre and Dance and the Hayes School of

and adding on a dedicated craft room! We're teaming up with local style
guru Style By Epoch for an afternoon of low-sew and no-sew crafts. You'll
